REVIEW: AVON

Prima by Avon really speaks to the style lover who appreciates fashion's ongoing love affair with ballet. Just the bottle itself is stylish. It features a glamorous cap on a slimming bottle that narrows into an elegant base. As someone who appreciates fashion, I understand the influence that ballet has on fashion and vice versa. This perfume really connected me to the world of dance in a new and lovely way. Created with the prestigious fragrance house of Firmenich, Prima is an ethereal, floral fragrance-delicate, feminine, and gentle. This quietly powerful scent is perfect for women who enjoy the finer things in life.

Prima contains notes of lush plum and tangy bergamot. It unfolds into a rich  and intoxicating rose that represents the lush, pink skirt of a dancer. Finally, there's a hint of clearwood to remind us of the classic dance studios. Oak moss and patchouli bring the…

REVIEW: BABYTIME!

In this review, I will be discussing the 8oz bottle of Snuggly Lotion.

This moisturizer really does lock in hydration. This is especially important during the winter months, which tend to dry out skin. Walking into the office, a social event, or even your own living room can be extremely embarrassing. Don't let your dry skin dictate where you go. In fact, don't let dry skin be a problem at all. I used this product after showering and washing my hands to really lock in moisture and keep my hands- and skin in general- looking young, fresh, and pretty. Plus the lotion isn't greasy, so there is no need to worry about left over residue. This moisturizer truly does gently nourish your skin. Whereas the avocado, flax, and primrose seeds bring about soft and delicate skin, the borage seeds in this product help boost skin immunity, and, as we all know, immunity seems to hi…

REVIEW: CLOTHING ARTS

Today, I will be reviewing the Pick-Pocket Proof Pants from Clothing Arts.

The first thing that impressed me about this company were not the pants themselves, it was the confidence and pride that this company took in its products. Many companies offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It almost seems like every single company out there does, but Clothing Arts truly practice what they preach. Inside my package, there was a small slip with a note and return label. The note, summed up, said that if I was not impressed with my purchase, to send it back. This really had a great impact on me and showed me the pride that this company had in its products and allowed the company to appear more trustworthy.

Clothing Arts offers clothing with a variety of pockets to prevent pick-pocketing. While this is not necessary for day to day life in places like the US, this can be useful when …

REVIEW: ARBONNE

It's nearly Christmas. In between shopping for gifts and decorating the house, women often find themselves behind on the latest beauty trends. Sound like you? Don't worry; I'm here to tell you what is in. This fall/winter bold cheeks and glowy highlights are super popular. From Instagram to the runway, I have seen this trend everywhere! Glowing, soft, and timeless, this chic look is something that every woman should try.

Arbonne has just launched some new product to help women achieve this new look, and I had the opportunity to review two of them myself! As someone who loves makeup, I was eager to see how this new makeup style would look on an average not-a-model girl. I was also excited to see what I thought of these products in general. Not every style looks great off the runway.

After hearing about soft, flushed cheeks, I was excited to give this Arbonne Blush…

REVIEW: CARVED

A huge thank you to Carved for sending me this phone case to review! Be sure to check out their website after reading my review!
For starters, I absolutely love the look of this phone case. Just take a minute to marvel at how uniquely beautiful. All done? Good. This case had a beautiful cream color accompanied by a stunning iridescent shine. There are some definite pink and green hues hidden in the case. This makes this phone case perfect for winter. It is neutral with just a hint of pale colors. Looking closer, I noticed that the individual shells used to make this case are visible. Some may find this irritating, but I was charmed with the individuality of this case. Overall, the look was simply divine, and I was stunned by the complex beauty of it.
One thing I did want to mention that really caught my attention about this case was the total uniqueness of it. I know I mentioned…

REVIEW: ETERNAL CREATION

It's the holiday season! You know what that means: time to find cute dresses to wear to all of those fun holiday parties. Here is my review of two dresses from Eternal Creation.

The first dress I received was the Carmine dress. This dress had a great style. The dress had an overall vintage look. The vintage look has been becoming more and more popular over the years, and now is the perfect time to jump on the fashion bandwagon. This stylish dress features a cute polka dot design. This chic, girlish pattern is rarely seen anymore making this dress a perfect opportunity to let you stand out from the crowd in the best way possible! This dress also has a super cute collar. This collar helps give off an air of elegance and modesty.  You will look and feel professional yet stunning while wearing this adorable number.  Last but not least, this dress also features a button up front.…

REVIEW: ETERNAL CREATION

I am so excited about this review of two awesome products from Eternal Creation's kid collection. I rarely get the opportunity to review kid's products, so this is some new territory for me.

The first product I received was the charcoal denim jeans. The first thing that really drew me to this product was the style. Kids, boys especially, care little about fashion, but that doesn't mean you, as a parent, grandparent, or another relative, shouldn't. I feel that the way kids dress (before they get outside and get messy!) directly reflects the parents. One thing that really brought style to these pants were the back pockets. The back pockets have a bold red border around them with a simple swirl on the pocket itself. These pants do have four pockets overall. This is super handy for young boys. Some may worry that this style is too "feminine" for boys'…

REVIEW: ZIM'S USA

Image
Disclaimer: I received product in exchange for an honest review. Picture is property of Zim's USA.

Longtime readers know I have always had an interest in Zim's naturally-based products. I have always felt that solving a problem naturally rather than with medical treatment is always a better option. Of course, medical treatment should definitely be used if a problem persists. Today, I am reviewing Zim's Max Freeze Patches. Many of you may remember that I reviewed a similar version of the Max Freeze line in February. I remember being very pleased with how the gel version of this product turned out. My only real complaint back then had been the strong, medicinal odor. Because of this, I was extremely excited to see how Zim's had improved the Max Freeze line since then.

This product, much like other members of its line, is designed to help relieve pain from sore muscles and muscle sprains, back, shoulder, and neck pain, painful ankle, knee, hip, and elbow joints, and musc…

REVIEW: BOOKCASE.CLUB

Image
Disclaimer: I received product in exchange for an honest review. Picture of The Tear Collector is property of Goodreads. Picture of Fated is property of Amazon.

This month, Bookcase.Club started out their box with a quote, "I don't think of all the misery but of the beauty that still remains"(Anne Frank taken from A Diary of a Young Girl). This quote is perfectly fitting for November. This quote, while about the Holocaust, applies to the changing seasons. As we venture further into winter, seasonal depression sets in making us see only the misery instead of the beauty. This is easily cured with a great read from BookCase.Club

This month, I received the "Blind Date" box. To give you just a small taste of what each box has in store, I have included a small quote from each. "[t]here's no sweeter taste in the entire history of the world than your skin on fire. For me"(Zanetti from Fated). This quote shows the romance that takes place in fated. This bo…

REVIEW: GIA-MIA DANCEWEAR

Image
Disclaimer: I received product for free in exchange for an honest review. Pictures are property of Gia-Mia Dancewear.

Gia-Mia Dancewear, the hottest brand in dance wear, is a trend setter that offers cutting edge styles.

STYLE: I received three products: one pair of leggings and two pairs of combat boots. For those who don't know, both of these items are simply essentials for fall. There is no way anyone can do through the fall season without a high quality pair of leggings and a variety of combat boots. The leggings offered a really simple style. This is perfect for this fall! This pair really draws attention to your top giving your outfit a chic, minimalist vibe that can be very difficult to achieve with colorful, printed, or textured leggings. Gia-Mia keeps it classy with this stylish pair. The first pair of combat boots I received was the ankle boot. this boot featured an ankle cut with studs surrounding the ankle itself. I am a huge sucker for ankle boots. I think they are j…
